NAPRAVI FILM d.o.o., Bleiweisova 11, Zagreb, Croatia; (hereinafter: “NAPRAVI FILM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes personal data of users of its services and visitors to the website www.napravifilm.hr in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: Policy) describes which of your personal data we collect, how they are processed and for which purposes they are used, as well as your rights associated with your data.
We respect your privacy and process your personal data fairly and lawfully, solely on the basis of a valid legal ground, or according to your consent.
Ways and purposes of personal data processing
If you contact us with your inquiries, we will process the given data only to provide you with the requested information.
Personal data necessary to resolve a product complaint shall be kept for 12 months of the date of its receipt in accordance with the regulations governing consumer rights.
We will forward your personal data to other recipients solely on the basis of legal obligation, i.e. a justified requirement made by an authorised public body (e.g. courts).
If necessary, personal data will also be forwarded to trusted partners (data processing executives) for the purpose of providing user support, information system maintenance, market research or similar needs, with mandatory application of confidentiality and data protection measures.
